1. Will be a daily activity. , Run, or at least 20 minutes per day to jump on the total.
2. Protect your skin. Sunscreen face, neck, hand and hand, even in the dead of winter should be. It protects against climatic toxins. Wet your skin daily.
3. Fruits, vegetables, grains, low fat dairy products and eat small amounts of protein. Sweets and other processed foods must be avoided.
4. Meditation, or quiet time in a minimum of five minutes per day.
5. Find your spiritual self. Discover what inspires you, inspire you, increase your level of consciousness, and satisfy the soul.
6. Exercise your brain. Read, study, solve problems and learn new skills. With lack of use as a body, brain atrophy.
